Holiday concert with Alegría Hispana Ensemble perform classical and folkloric music and dance from Spain.

The New York based Alegría Hispana Ensemble bring Spanish classical dance and song to the Bronx, in a community event at the JASA Van Cortlandt Senior Center. Featuring vocalist Anna Tonna, Spanish dancer Elisabet Torras Aguilera and classical guitarist Francisco Roldán The program includes music by Joaquín Rodrigo, Sebastian Yradier, Manuel de Falla, Francisco Tárrega among others. The performance will end with traditional holiday songs and carols from Spain and the United States.

New York based ALEGRÍA HISPANA ENSEMBLE celebrates music and dance from the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America, showcasing classical guitar, voice and dance. They have presented programs for the Latin American Cultural Center of Queens, Montauk Library, Huntington Library, Amigos de la Zarzuela as well as for Latin American Cultural in New York City.
